* Ticket Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. There are no exchanges or refunds unless the rare event of a cancelation. For canceled events, no action is required to receive your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

* Parking

Immediate access parking is FREE at the Niswonger. Lots are located to the North and South of the venue. Handicap parking is available on show nights closest to the building on the North and South lots. Patrons can be dropped off at the Main Entrance if the driver chooses to do so before finding a general parking space.

* Dining

Van Wert offers many dining options nearby on show nights. For a special dining experience, Van Wert LIVE patrons can make reservations at the Willow Bend on most show days. Before or after evening shows, try The Edition (not open on Sundays) where we offer The Afterglow cocktail. Other options include a renowned Pizza Hut and more– see our Dining Page
