Weather Policy

There is a no refund or exchange policy at the Niswonger due to contractual obligations to pay artists and crew for performances. Rarely is there a cancellation of a performance due to weather. All performances or cancellations are at the discretion of the artist.

Please visit the website and social media for updates. We immediately post weather related notices that impact a performance. If a show goes on as scheduled we are unable to refund tickets.

Make considerations for an early departure if weather is inclement to give yourself plenty of time to travel and park safely. The lobby opens one hour prior to showtime to accommodate an early arrival.
